My Internet has been down for almost 2 days.Called their customer support, but no one ever picks up the phone.

In the past too I've had problems with them. Very poor customer service. You can leave messages but no one will call you back. Non English speaking staff with very heavy and unintelligible accents.

Incompetent uncaring staff. Primus simply does' cares for its customers. Only thing going for them is that their prices are low, but signup if only you are prepared for crappy slow unreliable internet and bad customer support.

Internet download speed is 3 mbps.Upload speed is 0.5 mbps.
