Waited 10 days for installation & didn't work.Very poor customer service & tech support.
Told me someone had to be home between 8&5. When bell tech came, he wouldn't come inside or finish the install. I didn't have to waste my day waiting at home. When it still didn't work I was told I had to wait another 5 days for a repair person.
They were rude & not helpful. They billed me before I even had service.
I cancelled. Waste of time & and frustration.
Called another company who were great & had me up & running in 36 hours.On a weekend!
Don't go with Primus people!!
