I called 4 times . Still have not been helped.

Wait times were Ridiculous only to be disconnected with a soundless line...the 4th time I called, the *** hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. I couldn’t understand her English aWouldn’t answer my questions with an answer. They do not have a manager working on the weekends .

I wanted to discuss the billing because they were charging me close to 200$ before I even had service with them and thereafter my bills were different and have all sorts of charges that don’t make any sense . No consistency, This company is ***
