I've just about to had it with this ISP...

Randomly, it disconnects through the day for no reason. The most annoying part is when you're gaming and you get disconnected. Haha.

The customer service always says something like "restart your modem...i'm checking everything right now and it shows that your connection is fine. " then i say "no." then they will be like "ok im creating a ticket." then after 5 days, some *** who doesn't know English from bell canada shows up at your house. He then checks the connection outside and says everything is fine and leaves. Then again, the same thing happens. It's a loop. You get disconnected, call them, they say everything is fine, they create a ticket, *** shows up at your house, checks the connection, leaves. Disconnect.

Terrible isp for gaming.

Same thing happening to me. The Primus-supplied router/modem restarts several times throughout the day.

The Primus tech that I called said itโ€™s a known issue. They did a firmware update to the router/modem which is now causing them to randomly restart all the time.

They have no solution and no ETA on how to fix it. They recommended I buy a new one from them for $190.

I just got Primus today, and its already dropped dataflow 3x. Its on their end, the modem indicates all is well.

If this continues i will be cancelling. I only left rogers because their support and billing is a *** nightmare, so fingers crossed this gets worked out asap!

Primus worse internet service keeps dropping and I have to restart the modem all the time. I think it's time to switch providers.

It keeps saying connected but as Maury Povich would say "That is a lie"

The problem you are having is not with Primus as much as it is with Bell. I went through the same thing multiple times - with wet weather the phone line gets interference and my Internet cuts in and out continually.

Bell kept coming out and fixing the line - only it never improved. Finally I had someone come out who did a major repair and I never had a problem with my connection after that.

It is a loop - and it is frustrating. It wasn't until I got Bell coming out continually with the same tech assigned that it got fixed properly.

Im Afraid Tier 2 Technicians already investigated over 5 times and found no problems. 2 modems were replaced twice.

over 20 tickets were created. over 40 calls have been made in the past 5 months.

modem profiles were tweaked.
