I don't even know where to begin!!!! Signed up for Primus in July and took MONTHS for someone to (TRY TO) set up my internet. During the installation process the tech guy informed my that the modem they gave me is poor quality and that it's so slow it can't even be synced with the internet. SO after months of waiting, the tech guy told me to cancel Primus because they're no good and go elsewhere!! Well thank goodness I listened to him. I cancelled right away, I should have cancelled ages ago. But It's Oct 24 and I'm still getting crazy bills! They have NO clue what they are doing.

During my months of waiting, I went through *** with emails, and phone calls.... and I would write the huge lists of ways they messed up... but I don't have time for that haha.

After cancelling them I contacted another phone/internet provider right away and they had me hooked up within 4 days.... the kind of service I should have gotten from Primus but NEVER did. Once upon a time Primus may have been an okay company... I don't know what happened but the're having some major internal issues. STAY AWAY, I REPEAT STAY AWAY!!!!

There, I feel as though I have done something good today by warning the public!

Primus Canada Cons: Worst customer service ever, Incompetent, Unreliable.
