They have a bunch of idiots working there.No internet for 9 days so far and still waiting for Bell guy now after being told I need to buy new modem!

No tv, no work and cannot talk to supervisor!I feel like smashing my phone i am so mad!

Review about: Primus Canada Technical Support.

Bell guy was here last Friday and said the problem was the outside bell line and that Primus should have sent out a bell technician before selling me a modem.

Bell guy apparently fixed the line and everything was working great for a few days..

now 7 days later I am paying for 25mbps and only getting 2.5mbps on the wired line and new modem. Switched to old modem and same.

After over an hour on the phone we got the hard wire to 20mbps and wireless went to 17mbps.We also have my tenants phone line on our bell line now....what’s up with that now!!!
