Dear Customer Service, 2 days before I ordered upgrade my internet service from 7 to 16 Mbps. At 30.06 I did not see technician, no phone, at least 4 times I phoned to office, eventually I was told, that he finished his job and did not inform me and my internet was dead.

My internet service disconnects each 2 days and my speed internet does not go higher than 8.58Mbps per Download and 0.84 Mbps per upload with upgrade, which is lower than average in Canada. I did not satisfy with this service and want to return your modem and go to another company. I was more then 2 years with you and in Burnaby was better service, than in Coquitlam BC, so I think, I could not be strict with one year agreement, if I completely dissatisfied and stressed with your service. I am 77 year and do I need additional stress?

Please let me know, where and how to return modem and disconnect your service with internet.
