At least once a month my internet is turned off and the red light of death goes on my modem. Its currently doing it right now.

I know what you think well then pay your bill. Well here is the kicker every monday i call in and low and behold im not owing anything and the internet is turned back on. No explenation as what happened and its always on a saturday evening it goes down so i have to go into the office to do work insyead of staying at home. You demand a supervisor and they say non is available and i tell them i worked in call centers and know how it works so pass me on to escalation desk.

They hang up instead after hours tryi g to get through to tech support in the first place. Crap provider worse then rogers or Bell customer service and that is saying something!

Stay away. Going back to virgin they ate competent at least.
