Since day 1 I've had issues with their internet service ( 14 days of crap internet) . We signed a 1 year term and I can't get rid of it without paying $100.00 penalty. I should have stayed with Fido, my previous provider. I will not recommend this service to anyone.

My DSL internet has been down since Sunday. So we're on day 5 now. I've spent in excess of 8 & a half hours on the phone with tech support trying to fix this issue. I spend another 2 hours on the phone with customer service just trying to cancel my internet service. I can't tell you how upset I am. I was a 16-year customer and now I will do everything I can to make sure that nobody goes to Primus
